Returns and Refunds
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to you and you will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, or if you don’t like our product, including change of sizing of our clothing.
Producing (and cutting) each bespoke garment is a one time event so we recommend ensuring the size is ‘large enough’ for your child. We take the highest level of care with the clothing you give to us to use. Due to the nature of our service (we will cut the clothing you give us!) we're unable to return or replace these garments so please ensure that these are 'unwanted'.

We use Australia Post for all shipping and are subject to their delivery time frames

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150
Getting your old clothes to us, and the return of your beautiful children's wear is included in the shipping costs.
Sydney Area Pick-up & Drop Off
$10 pick/drop option for our Sydney customers.
Leave your bundle of clothes on your doorstep and we'll collect. We'll return your beautiful children's clothes to the same location. Set your pick up time during checkout.
Our turn around time from receipt of your unwanted clothing to dispatch of your beautiful, bespoke children's clothing can take up to three (3) weeks.

What type of information do you collect?
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. This website is owned and operated by Heirloom and Scrap. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the service of converting your old, unwanted clothing to bespoke upcycled childrens clothing. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
In order to contract with Heirloom and Scrap you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Heirloom and Scrap retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
